This 115-hectare estate, fully certified organic since 2014, was acquired by Céline and Harry in 2017. They produce wines with no added inputs, respecting the terroir. The renovation of the cellar and buildings allows the full potential of this vineyard, where silence reigns in harmony with nature, to be expressed. The varied soils offer a diverse range of grape varieties, enhancing the complexity of the IGP and AOP Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence cuvées. Natural vinification and diverse aging methods result in balanced and vibrant wines, such as the citrusy Vermentino and spicy Roussanne.
