Located in Dambach-la-Ville, Alsace, the Hauller Family boasts a long family history, documented since the 18th century. Long recognized for its cooperage expertise, the family produced large Alsatian oak vats for several generations before definitively shifting its focus to viticulture in the mid-20th century.
In 1960, Louis Hauller committed the estate to crafting Alsace wines, with a clear desire to prioritize elegance, varietal clarity, and balanced precision. This direction marked a lasting turning point in the estate's identity, today carried forward by Ludovic and Guillaume Hauller, representatives of the twelfth family generation.
The work is divided between vineyard management and wine enhancement. The plots are carefully monitored to obtain ripe yet balanced grapes, in a spirit of respect for the soils and natural rhythms.
