Our opinion on the cuvée

This light and refreshing red wine is ideal for sunny summer days. Its expressive and fruity nose reveals generous aromas of red berries. On the palate, it offers a crisp and enveloping texture, with delicate notes of raspberry and subtle tannins. This supple and light wine provides good intensity and a long finish, perfect for pairing with a Bavette à l'échalote (skirt steak with shallots) or pork tenderloin, or even a sheep's milk cheese.
