Located between Dijon and Beaune, Château de Prémeaux is situated on Burgundy's Route des Grands Crus. The estate is currently managed by Arnaud Pelletier, representing the fifth generation of a winemaking family established in the region since the 19th century.
The vineyard spans approximately 15 hectares, cultivated using organic farming practices. The plots are predominantly planted with Burgundy's emblematic grape varieties: Chardonnay and Aligoté for whites, and Pinot Noir for reds.
