Mama Shelter embodies a unique vision of hospitality: convivial, creative, and deeply rooted in each territory where it establishes itself. To support this strong identity, Les Grappes Pro worked hand-in-hand with the group's teams to design a bespoke wine selection for each establishment, tailored to its location, clientele, and culinary ambitions.
At the heart of this collaboration, we developed an innovative, coherent, and committed wine list, composed exclusively of wines from grower-producers. Beyond the selection, Les Grappes Pro provides ongoing support to Mama Shelter through dedicated team training and year-round promotional events to highlight the selected wines.

Terrass' Hotel (Biography Group)
Les Grappes Pro has been supporting the Biography Group for several years, notably Terrass' Hotel, a loyal client since 2018. We have extended our collaboration to four of the group's establishments, developing bespoke wine sourcing for each to meet the diverse needs of their environments: hotel hospitality, gourmet dining, cocktail bars, and panoramic rooftops.
Starting in 2026, Les Grappes Pro will enhance its support by implementing dedicated team training, designed to convey the stories of partner estates and enable teams to fully master their wine list.
