Mama Shelter
Mama Shelter embodies a unique vision of hospitality: friendly, creative, and firmly rooted in each location where it establishes itself. To support this strong identity, Les Grappes Pro worked hand-in-hand with the group's teams to design a tailored wine selection for each establishment, adapted to its location, clientele, and the ambitions of each restaurant.
At the heart of this collaboration, we built an innovative, coherent, and committed wine list, composed exclusively of wines from winegrowers. Beyond the selection, Les Grappes Pro supports Mama Shelter over time through dedicated team training and year-round events to promote the selected wines.

Terrass' Hotel (Biography Group)
Les Grappes Pro has been working with the Biography Group for several years, including Terrass' Hotel, a loyal client since 2018. We have extended our collaboration to 4 of the group's establishments, building a tailor-made wine sourcing strategy for each to meet the diversity of their environments: hotel hospitality, gourmet dining, cocktail bar, and panoramic rooftop.
Starting in 2026, Les Grappes Pro will strengthen its support by implementing dedicated training courses for teams, to share the stories of partner estates and enable teams to fully master their wine list.

Les Grappes Pro supports the Marki Group in building a wine experience that meets the high standards of its establishments, including the restaurant Sphère. Our collaboration revolves around creating original and exceptional food and wine pairings, designed to enhance the group's culinary signatures.
We have developed a tailor-made wine selection, favoring independent winemakers and wines with strong character. Les Grappes Pro also supports the Marki Group in the opening of its new venue, Vertueux, in the 10th arrondissement.
