Our opinion on the vintage

This Crémant d'Alsace boasts a sparkling golden hue and fine bubbles. On the nose, fresh and floral aromas unfold with elegance. On the palate, a lively attack gives way to a well-balanced structure and toasty notes. The bubbles lend a sensation of lightness and support a wine that is both refined and powerful. Perfect as an aperitif or with a meal.

Joseph CATTIN

Joseph Cattin

Alsace | France

Located in Alsace, Maison Joseph Cattin is a family estate with a winemaking history dating back to 1720. For over three centuries, each generation has contributed to the estate's development, drawing on an in-depth knowledge of Alsatian terroirs and a continuous transfer of expertise.

The vineyard has been progressively established and structured around the main regional grape varieties. From the early 20th century, Joseph Cattin, a prominent figure in the family, distinguished himself through an attentive approach to the link between the vine and its environment, recognized at the time by the award of a "model vineyard" diploma. This attention to the terroir remains a guiding principle of the estate's work today.

Currently managed by Anaïs Cattin and Jacques Cattin, the estate develops a range of cuvées covering different expressions of Alsace, including wines from organic practices, selections from specific terroirs, and certain cuvées intended for prolonged aging. Vinifications aim ... Lire plus
