Domaine Biet, located near the Beauval Zoo, has been a family-run business driven by passion for four generations. Jean-Marc and his daughter Julie carry on the traditions using Terra Vitis organic methods, producing unique wines in Touraine. The 60-year-old vines, planted in clay-limestone soil, yield a high-quality wine certified HVE Level 3. Here, Sauvignon Blanc was the first grape variety they planted on the estate. We’re delighted to offer it to you in a 3L BIB at Les Grappes!

In Seigy, on the left bank of the Cher River, Domaine Biet is a family story spanning four generations. Julie and her father, Jean-Marc, work side by side at this vineyard in the Touraine region, united by a shared vision: to produce authentic wines that respect their environment and are rooted in a terroir of clay-limestone hillsides just a few kilometers from Blois.
Julie grew up among the markets and grape harvests before returning to the estate after gaining experience in the export business. Certified Terra Vitis and HVE Level 3, with sixty-year-old vines cultivated without chemicals, the estate produces delicious, easy-drinking Touraine wines, characterized by their fruitiness and drinkability. A discreet yet reliable choice.
