In Entre-deux-Mers, Domaine Chibaou—“horse” in Gascon dialect—was founded when Christophe Rebillou returned to the family’s 5 hectares, which had been transferred to the cooperative winery. In 2005, he left the cooperative and produced his first vintage. Today, 70 hectares cultivated biodynamically (without certification) around three historic châteaux—Grenet, Beyran, and Fontaine Fleury—form a cohesive and vibrant estate.

A pioneer of organic farming in Entre-deux-Mers since 2009, Christophe integrates horseback riding and biodiversity into the life of the estate, whose very name pays homage to the family’s passion for horses. An estate with a sincere commitment and limited production that is not to be missed.
