Based in Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil since 1959, Domaine Olivier is a family business now led by Florian, Marina, and Marie Olivier. The estate cultivates 75 hectares of vineyards in Touraine and focuses primarily on the Bourgueil and Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil appellations.

This Vieilles Vignes cuvée is made from Cabernet Franc vines over 50 years old, planted on clay-limestone terroirs. It is a cuvée that highlights the freshness and depth of the Bourgueil terroir.

Founded in 1959 by Bernard Olivier with just one hectare, Domaine Olivier is now one of the largest estates in the Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil appellation, spanning 75 hectares. Patrick, followed by his children Florian and Marina, have gradually expanded this vineyard across terroirs of sand and gravel—which yield silky tannins and fruity expressions—and clay-limestone soils, which produce more structured wines with aging potential.
