Expert Opinion
This Blanc de Blancs, an embodiment of finesse, is the result of a meticulous plot selection, thus demonstrating the richness of our terroirs through de-alcoholized wines. Carefully crafted from Chenin Blanc harvested at optimal ripeness, this wine benefited from careful aging, partly in oak foudres from the Brouard forest. The purity of Chenin Blanc is enhanced by a lively effervescence.

Estate Anecdotes We have been certified organic (AB) since 2019 and biodynamic (DEMETER) since 2023. The 2015 vintage was our first, and we offer fruity wines that reflect our terroir. The Estate's Story I began by completing a university diploma (IUT) in food science, with the aim of entering an engineering school where I also obtained my oenologist diploma. After my studies, I traveled the world to discover and learn about new wine-producing countries: Australia, Chile, New Zealand. I also worked several harvests in French wine regions, including Burgundy and Costières de Nîmes. In 2008, I settled in Cheverny to take on an oenologist position, then in 2014, I decided to return to my homeland in Oisly to create, with my husband, our DiVin Loire estate and its divine wines... The Estate's Pride The estate, spanning 10 hectares, is located in Sologne, specifically in the Oisly wine region, nestled between forests, rivers, and streams at an altitude of 100m, between the Loire and Cher rivers. The vines are planted on sandy-clay soils, featuring our flagship grape variety, Sauvignon Blanc, for our white wines, as well as Pineau d'Aunis, Gamay, Pinot Noir, and Côt (Malbec) for the reds and rosés. The average age of the vines is 35 years, with some old vines for Pineau d'Aunis dating back over 100 years. The degraded oceanic climate is the most continental in the region: a bit drier and cooler, which brings greater finesse and freshness to our wines.
