Domaine Jessiaume

Burgundy | France

Founded in 1850, Domaine Jessiaume is one of the historic estates of Santenay, in the Côte de Beaune. Acquired in 2020 by Dr. Jean-François Le Bigot along with the technical team led by William Waterkeyn, the estate has undergone a remarkable transformation: organic viticulture, hand-harvesting, and reimagined winemaking techniques to produce modern, expressive wines from prestigious appellations—Santenay, Pommard, Volnay, Beaune, and Auxey-Duresses.

An old estate, a young winemaker: William Waterkeyn’s wines already display great finesse, thanks to an all-female team both in the showroom and at the estate. Our prestigious Burgundy estate—a hidden gem to watch, vintage after vintage.
