Expert Opinion
This white wine reveals a golden-yellow hue with green reflections, inviting tasting. On the nose, delicate notes of butter and fresh almond emerge. On the palate, a pleasant initial impression is followed by a slightly unctuous finish that coats the palate. Perfect for pairing with seafood, sushi, or Asian cuisine, this wine offers a true sensory pleasure.

Vignobles David

Languedoc | France

Since 2009, Vignobles David has established itself as a hidden gem in our Rhône Valley selection. Frédéric David cultivates more than 50 hectares around Manduel and Saint-Hilaire d'Ozilhan using organic farming methods, guided by a clear philosophy: winemaking with native yeasts, low sulfite levels, and a direct and authentic expression of the Mediterranean terroir.

The lineup includes Côtes du Rhône, Côtes du Rhône Villages, and Châteauneuf-du-Pape, made from typical grape varieties—Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, Viognier, and Roussanne. These are straightforward, well-balanced wines that are frequently sold out: a bestseller that more than lives up to its reputation.
