La Coume-Lumet
311 n°1 Red 2020
This red wine, a blend of Malbec and Syrah, presents a beautiful red color. On the nose, red fruit aromas emerge, while on the palate, subtle notes of blackcurrant and licorice tantalize the taste buds. Its light freshness makes it an ideal companion for aperitifs, especially with tapas, calamari, or octopus. A delightful sensory discovery to be enjoyed between 10 and 14°C depending on the season.
Everything You Need to Know About This Wine
La Coume-Lumet, an estate born from the passion of Luc and Isabelle, offers exceptional wines from a Terra Vitis certified vineyard. Located in Cépie, within a preserved 54-hectare Natura 2000 site, the estate benefits from varied climates to carefully cultivate traditional local grape varieties. The Maset de Lumet wines, aged in stainless steel tanks, retain freshness and aromas, while the Coume-Lumet wines, aged in barrels for 9 months, offer a rich and balanced expression. The Crémant, crafted using the traditional method (méthode champenoise), combines brut and aromatic qualities, ideal for pairing with refined dishes. A family story and a winemaking adventure to discover!
