Pierre & Antonin

Pierre & Antonin

Languedoc | France

Pierre and Antonin conceive, select, and blend their cuvées in the heart of Languedoc, driven by a desire to reveal and enhance the terroirs that inspire them. Free from any family winemaking tradition, they advocate an instinctive and sensory approach to wine, guided by pleasure, balanced precision, and the quality of the juices.

Their story began in July 2010 in New York, amidst the vibrancy of the East Village. Discussions about the Midi, the Mediterranean, and the Languedoc dream sparked the idea of a shared project, rooted in the South and open to the world, where wine becomes a realm of expression and freedom.

While awaiting to produce their own grapes, they founded the StricouProject collective, collaborating closely with winemakers they know and admire. Together, they craft authentic, natural, and committed Vins de France, following an eco-responsible approach that respects living balances.

In 2022, the project gained new momentum with the planting of four hectares of vines in Montréal-d'Aude, near Carcassonne, on preserved soils. Trousseau du Languedoc, Cabernet Franc, Chenin Blanc, and Albariño comprise this young vineyard, conceived as a living laboratory dedicated to producing free, sincere wines deeply rooted in their territory.
