Domaine Lambert

Domaine Lambert

Loire | France

Established in 1987 and located in the hamlet of « Les Chesnaies » in Cravant-les-Coteaux, Domaine Lambert is managed by Béatrice and Pascal with a deeply human and committed approach to winemaking. Here, biodynamics is conceived as the pursuit of the optimal balance between the plant, its environment, and the people who nurture it daily. The estate cultivates approximately 25 hectares between Cravant-les-Coteaux and Chinon, focusing on two emblematic grape varieties: Cabernet Franc for reds and rosés, and Chenin for whites. Practicing organic farming for nearly twenty years and certified Biodyvin biodynamic since 2005, the vines are cultivated without chemical products to preserve the natural expression of the terroir. The estate also explores amphora vinification, combining Tuscan clays with Loire clay-limestone soils, to preserve the purity of the fruit and create unique cuvées such as Ligéris Dolium or Harmonie.
