During the renovation of the barrel cellar, a unique discovery highlighted the site's historical roots: a statue of the Virgin Mary, a relic offered by the Bishop of Béziers in the 16th century to protect the village, its inhabitants, and its vines. Bruno Andreu is now recognized as one of the most promising winemakers of his generation.
