Château Lagrezette
South West
Château Lagrézette is a historic estate within the Cahors appellation, with its earliest viticultural records dating back to the 15th century. The estate underwent a significant revival starting in the 1980s under the impetus of Alain-Dominique Perrin.
The vineyard spans over 60 hectares, predominantly planted with Malbec, the emblematic grape variety of Cahors, complemented by Merlot and Tannat. The wines are renowned for their structure, depth, and aging potential.
I do not have information regarding any organic or biodynamic certification officially claimed by the estate.
