Château Vessière, nestled between Provence and Languedoc, embodies the family expertise passed down through seven generations. Vincent and Lucie practice sustainable agriculture to produce a wide range of pure juice wines, vinified without additives. Since 2007, they have prioritized environmental preservation and the production of organic wines, with very little or no added sulfites, as in the Ortus cuvée. At night, our grapes benefit from all the heat accumulated during the day, a secret passed down by our pebbles. Enjoy this new range of authentic and environmentally conscious wines.

Our opinion on the vintage
This white wine has a bright, pale yellow color. On the nose, it reveals fruity aromas of white flowers and yellow fruits, accompanied by a subtle mineral note. On the palate, it is refined, delicate, and light, offering a lovely vivacity. Perfect to accompany summer dishes or as an aperitif, this wine will delight lovers of fresh and aromatic wines.

These soils, combined with a Mediterranean climate tempered by Camargue influences, promote progressive grape maturation and help preserve the freshness of the balance. The vineyard benefits from good natural water regulation and strong sunshine, while remaining well-ventilated, thus limiting over-ripeness.
The modern history of the estate began in the late 1970s, when Philippe Teulon undertook the bottling and marketing of the wines. In 2007, Vincent Teulon took over the estate after studying oenology and gaining experience abroad, particularly in California. With Lucie Teulon, he initiated a shift in practices towards more environmentally committed viticulture.
