Clos Des Vins d’Amour

Une Lubie 2023

Maury | Red | 2023

The Dornier family, winemakers since 1860, produces dry and sweet Maury appellation wines from the magical terroirs of Tautavel, Maury, and Saint Paul de Fenouillet. Committed to organic farming since 2008, they cultivate their vineyards by hand, with respect for nature. The rare Lubie cuvée, with no added sulfites, is a delight that reflects the natural balance and purity of the Maury Cru terroir. A beautiful expression of fruit, to be enjoyed at lively tables overflowing with seasonal produce.

Clos Des Vins d’Amour

Clos Des Vins d’Amour

Roussillon | France

Located in Roussillon, Clos des Vins d’Amour is a family vineyard whose origins date back to 1860. Currently operated by the Dornier family, the estate spans three major and complementary sectors: Tautavel, Maury, and Saint-Paul-de-Fenouillet, all characterized by demanding schist soils, emblematic of northern Roussillon.

These contrasting terroirs allow for a nuanced interpretation of Maury appellations, encompassing both dry wines and vins doux naturels, with a constant focus on balance rather than overt expression.

Organic farming, initiated in 2008, is part of a holistic approach to living organisms. Soil cultivation is predominantly manual, attuned to natural rhythms and biodiversity. The objective is not intervention for its own sake, but the pursuit of sustainable balance ... Read more
