Our opinion on the cuvée

"An easy-drinking red... fruity, juicy, and delicately structured."
It offers a supple and crisp attack, with subtly peppery notes and juicy fruit flavors of raspberry, Gariguette strawberry, and blackcurrant. Fine tannins.
Pairs well with charcuterie, grilled or marinated meats, and also mild cheeses... it's a gem!

Located in Bas-Armagnac, near Eauze, Domaine de Laballe is a family estate with a viticultural history dating back to 1820. The estate is situated on the 'Sables Fauves' (Fawn Sands), a distinctive Bas-Armagnac terroir known for its ability to produce fine, fresh eaux-de-vie, as well as wines with a balanced profile.

This technical expertise forms a crucial foundation for the development of its wines, a venture initiated in the 1980s. The vineyard plots dedicated to wine are located on Landes and Gascon terroirs, benefiting from sandy, well-drained soils, which are conducive to freshness and aromatic precision.
