Laballe embodies a passion passed down through generations since 1820 by the Laudet family, who lovingly cultivate a unique terroir, "Les Sables Fauves," to craft Armagnacs of unparalleled freshness and finesse. Today, Cyril and Julie Laudet continue this legacy by embracing sustainable and organic viticulture. Laballe wines, in turn, offer a spectrum of flavors, from fresh to fruity, encompassing saline and mellow notes, all a result of their meticulous expertise from vine to bottle. A delightful discovery for connoisseurs of authentic and refined wines.

Our opinion on the cuvée
This wine displays a very clear ruby color, offering red fruit aromas on the nose, such as raspberry and wild strawberry. On the palate, the Cabernet Franc reveals supple and aromatic tannins, leaving a particularly fresh finish. Located in Bas-Armagnac, near Eauze, Domaine de Laballe is a family estate with a viticultural history dating back to 1820. The estate is situated on the 'Sables Fauves' (Fawn Sands), a distinctive Bas-Armagnac terroir known for its ability to produce fine, fresh eaux-de-vie, as well as wines with a balanced profile.
Historically focused on Armagnac production, the estate controls the entire production chain, from vine to bottling. This technical expertise forms a crucial foundation for the development of its wines, a venture initiated in the 1980s. The vineyard plots dedicated to wine are located on Landes and Gascon terroirs, benefiting from sandy, well-drained soils, which are conducive to freshness and aromatic precision.
Currently managed by Cyril and Julie Laudet, the estate is committed to sustainable viticulture, transitioning to organic farming and implementing agroforestry practices. These choices aim to
