Château Guilhem

Coup de Vin Rouge 2025

Wine of France | Red | 2025

Built at the end of the 18th century on the site of a Gallo-Roman city, in the heart of the village of Malviès, Château Guilhem has always been surrounded by vineyards. It is here, in the Aude region, near Carcassonne and facing the Pyrenees mountain range, that they have been crafting their wines for 5 generations, on this unique 'Malepère' terroir, cultivated with an eco-responsible approach from vine to bottle.

Our opinion on the cuvée

A rich, easy-drinking red, made for immediate enjoyment.
On the nose, bold aromas of crisp red berries and a hint of spice.
A wine you open without a special occasion and finish before you know it.

Château Guilhem

Languedoc | France

Located in Malviès, between Limoux and Carcassonne, Château Guilhem has been a family estate since 1878, now managed by the fifth generation.
