The Dornier family, winemakers since 1860, produces dry and sweet Maury appellation wines from the magical terroirs of Tautavel, Maury, and Saint Paul de Fenouillet. Committed to organic farming since 2008, they cultivate their vineyards by hand, with respect for nature. The rare Lubie cuvée, with no added sulfites, is a delight that reflects the natural balance and purity of the Maury Cru terroir. A beautiful expression of fruit, to be enjoyed at lively tables overflowing with seasonal produce.
