In Languedoc, the Aubert & Mathieu project is led by Jean-Charles and Anthony, with the objective of offering accessible, clear wines that align with current consumption trends. The cuvées prioritize expressions centered on fruit, freshness, and drinkability, with vinifications conducted to preserve aromatic clarity and supple structures.
