Our opinion on the vintage

This vegan wine boasts a luminous golden hue and an expressive nose with exotic and floral notes. On the palate, a supple and ample attack reveals aromas of fresh mango and rose, accompanied by subtle scents of white flowers and nutmeg. Perfect for pairing with spicy dishes or aged cheeses, this wine is sure to delight lovers of fruity and aromatic wines.

Joseph Cattin

Alsace | France

Located in Alsace, Maison Joseph Cattin is a family estate with a winemaking history dating back to 1720. For over three centuries, each generation has contributed to the estate's development, drawing on an in-depth knowledge of Alsatian terroirs and a continuous transfer of expertise.

This attention to the terroir remains a guiding principle of the estate's work today.

Currently managed by Anaïs Cattin and Jacques Cattin, the estate develops a range of cuvées covering different expressions of Alsace, including wines from organic practices, selections from specific terroirs, and certain cuvées intended for prolonged aging. Vinifications aim ... Lire plus
