Pépin was born from a simple desire: to make natural wine accessible, joyful, and unpretentious, without compromising on underlying quality. The project relies on close collaboration with partner winemakers, who are committed to organic farming and hand-harvesting. Vinification follows a clear philosophy: no oenological additives, no added sulfites, and fermentation with indigenous yeasts. The objective is not technical demonstration but rather energy, fruit expression, and drinkability, with an acknowledged precision underlying the apparent simplicity.

The graphic universe, entrusted to Michel Tolmer, extends this philosophy: free, vibrant, and unintimidating.
