Our opinion on the cuvée
This wine is a true favorite for those who appreciate freshness and vibrancy. Its straw-yellow color with green reflections promises an intense sensory experience. On the nose, notes of English candy, pomelo, and exotic fruits transport you instantly. On the palate, the lively and fresh attack reveals subtle lemon aromas, leading to a crisp and persistent finish. Perfect for accompanying your summer dishes, this wine will effortlessly brighten your meals.

Domaine de Laballe
South-West | France
Founded in 1820 in Bas-Armagnac, near Eauze, Domaine de Laballe is located in the Sables Fauves—a terroir characteristic of Bas-Armagnac that is naturally suited to producing fine eaux-de-vie and wines of great freshness. Historically focused on Armagnac, the estate has gradually developed a range of wines that has established itself as a contemporary benchmark in southwestern France.
Now run by Cyril and Julie Laudet using organic farming and agroforestry, the estate produces a signature line of best-sellers: clean, fruity, and easy-drinking wines with remarkable freshness. A unique feature: at Domaine de la Pointe, ungrafted vines still thrive thanks to the sandy soils—and plots located almost right on the ocean’s edge give rise to the “Les Pieds dans le Sable” cuvée, with a distinct hint of salinity on the palate.
