What is non-alcoholic wine?
An alcohol-free wine is first and foremost a traditional wine made from fermented grapes, from which some or all of the alcohol is removed using specific, controlled techniques. The most common methods are:

De-alcoholization by vacuum distillation: the alcohol is removed at a low temperature to preserve the wine’s aromas and structure.
- Membrane filtration: the alcohol is separated without heating the wine, which best preserves its flavors and freshness.
