Our opinion on the vintage
This pale yellow wine reveals a distinctive and inviting nose, marked by floral notes. On the palate, one appreciates a fleshy and well-rounded attack, followed by a lively and vibrant evolution. The aromas from the nose reappear with intensity, offering a lively and fragrant Burgundy that will elegantly complement dishes such as scallops, fish in sauce, fine charcuterie, foie gras, or poultry. Best enjoyed at a serving temperature between 12 and 15°C and can be cellared for 1 to 5 years.
