This wine captivates us from the first glance with its silky and brilliant color. On the nose, it transports us with its explosive aromas of exotic fruits and subtly smoked lemon. On the palate, the buttery texture harmonizes perfectly with the velvety feel, all underpinned by a flinty minerality. Arnaud Pelletier, a fifth-generation winemaker, transports us to Burgundy with his organic wines of great finesse and complexity. Cultivating his 15 hectares with respect for the terroir, he offers single-varietal Chardonnay, Aligoté, and Pinot Noir wines, true jewels of Burgundy's Grand Crus. His Hautes Côtes de Nuit Chardonnay is a true explosion of flavors, to be enjoyed on any occasion.

Located on Burgundy’s Route des Grands Crus, between Dijon and Beaune, Château de Prémeaux is run by Arnaud Pelletier, the fifth generation of a family of winemakers that has been based there since the 19th century. The estate spans 15 hectares cultivated using organic farming methods—a transition motivated by a painful personal experience: Arnaud’s father, a victim of the chemicals used in the vineyard, developed a deep conviction as a result of this ordeal.

Wine-making without yeast or enzymes, controlled extraction, and precise aging: everything here is geared toward purity and a clear expression of the terroir. Curiosity and an open mind guide a classic yet lively style, true to the Burgundian identity.
