Moderato
Moderato was born from a simple idea: to allow people to enjoy wine and its traditions without the constraint of alcohol. The project caters both to those who wish to reduce their consumption and to those for whom alcohol is not an option, for personal, cultural, or health reasons.
Founded in 2020 by Fabien and Sébastien, Moderato draws on genuine winemaking expertise. The wines are crafted from carefully selected grape varieties in Gascony and the Southwest, with extensive preliminary work alongside winemakers. Time, tasting, and blending are at the heart of the process, with a constant pursuit of balance, texture, and aromatic precision.
Moderato’s cuvées champion an approach that respects the terroir and raw materials. Each alcohol-free wine is conceived as a faithful interpretation of its grape variety, offering an authentic, structured, and expressive experience, without attempting to artificially imitate classic wine.
