Château Vessière, located between Provence and Languedoc, embodies the family expertise passed down through seven generations. Vincent and Lucie practice sustainable agriculture to produce a wide range of pure, natural wines made without additives. Since 2007, they have prioritized environmental preservation and the production of organic wines, with very little or no added sulfites, as is the case with the Ortus cuvée. At night, our grapes benefit from all the heat accumulated during the day—a secret passed down through our pebbles. Enjoy this new range of authentic, environmentally friendly wines.

Our opinion on the cuvée
This white wine has a bright, pale yellow color. On the nose, it reveals fruity aromas of white flowers and yellow fruits, accompanied by a subtle mineral note. On the palate, it is refined, delicate, and light, with a lovely liveliness. Perfect for pairing with summer dishes or as an aperitif, this wine is sure to delight lovers of fresh, aromatic wines.
