Our opinion on the vintage
This deep and intense red wine releases aromas of ripe red fruits such as blackberry, blueberry, and redcurrant. On the palate, its round texture and delicate structure are perfectly balanced by a firm, well-integrated tannic structure. With age, it develops feline and wild notes, offering a unique sensory experience. Enjoy it with rich, flavorful dishes such as prime cuts of beef or mature cheeses like Époisses or Comté.
