Our opinion on the vintage

Closely related to the Beaune wines of which it is a part, Côte de Beaune Les Monts Battois is a white wine with vivacity and brilliance in its deep golden hue. Lemony aromas of citrus and fresh grass fill the bouquet. Round, supple, and with good acidity, it expresses all the charm of the fruit on the palate with a touch of minerality and often finishes with a hint of hazelnut.

Bourgogne | France

Domaine Cauvard is a family-owned winery located in Beaune, Burgundy. It cultivates approximately eighteen hectares of vines spread across several communes in the Côte de Beaune, with appellations such as Beaune, Pommard, Volnay, Aloxe-Corton, Corton-Charlemagne, and Hautes-Côtes de Beaune.

Production is based on a traditional approach, with a focus on vineyard work and vinification by plot to preserve the identity of each terroir. Harvesting can be manual or mechanical depending on the cuvées.

I do not have information regarding the year the estate was established or the existence of official organic or environmental certifications.
