At Domaine de La Dourbie, every step, from vine to label, is carried out with passion and meticulousness. Certified in organic farming since 2009, Laurent's team aspires to elevate their wines to the rank of Grands Crus of Languedoc. Offering an authentic and respectful approach to the terroir, the estate's two organically farmed terroirs offer unique wines. The Terret Bourret, a forgotten local grape variety, reveals aromas of white-fleshed fruits in this fresh and invigorating wine, ideal to accompany oysters from the Thau lagoon.
